Please read this Agreement completely before using Swyft at https://swyft.pro/. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of Swyft which is owned and operated by Bespoke Company Solutions Ltd. By using or accessing Swyft in any way, viewing or browsing Swyft, or adding your own content to Swyft, you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement.


GDPR Policy And Procedure

How Your Data Is Collected

When you visit Swyft or use our services, we collect personal data such as your name, email address, IP address and contact phone number. For example, we collect your data when you complete the Contact Us form on Swyft or subscribe to our software services. Consent to use your personal data must always be given before we can collect any data.

We use personal data to fulfill our contractual obligations to our customers and respond to contact requests. For example, we might send a system alert about a new deal to your email address or call your phone if you request help or support. We will never share your personal data with anyone else.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal data for as long as you continue to be a customer of Swyft. Former customers of Swyft will have their records retained for 5 years. Following that period we will ensure that your personal data is deleted. Any individual who has completed the Contact Us form on Swyft and has not gone on to become a customer of Swyft will have their personal data deleted after 1 year.


We are committed to protecting your personal data using appropriate organisational and technical measures. Swyft is hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform. Any data transmitted to the database is encrypted via an SSL certificate. The database is highly secure and anyone trying to gain unauthorised access cannot read the contents without unique decryption keys.

Managing Data Breaches

Microsoft Azure contains security controls to detect data breaches and has policies and procedures in place to notify us promptly. Swyft has a communication plan in place in case of a data breach. Key individuals will be informed without delay. We will keep a log of data breach incidents should any occur. Breaches will be notified to the ICO within 72 hours if the breach is considered a risk for the rights and freedoms of individuals.

Your Rights Under GDPR

You have certain rights relating to your personal data and you can exercise these rights at any time by following the procedures detailed below.

Data Access Request

Send an email with your access request to dpo@swyft.pro. We will provide a report of all the personal data we hold about you within 30 working days.

Data Erasure or "The Right To Be Forgotten" Request

Send an email with your right to be forgotten request to dpo@swyft.pro. We are able to provide a report to prove that the personal data held about you has been permanently deleted.

Rectification Of Data Request

Send an email with details of the personal data you wish to have rectified to dpo@swyft.pro. We are able to provide a report to demonstrate that any incorrect data has been rectified.

Transfer Of Data Request

Personal data within Swyft is held in a database which is in a common digital format. Should you request transfer of your personal data to another electronic database, send an email to dpo@swyft.pro and we will supply you with the appropriate export image or PDF files.

Objection To The Processing Of Data

All processing of data will stop as soon as you email dpo@swyft.pro. This includes the right to stop the processing of data for marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property

Swyft and all of its original content are the sole property of Bespoke Company Solutions Ltd and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.


Bespoke Company Solutions Ltd reserves the right to terminate your access to Swyft, without any advance notice.

Bespoke Company Solutions Ltd has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Governing Law

This Agreement and any disputes arising from the use of Swyft will be settled in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Changes To This Agreement

Bespoke Company Solutions Ltd reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated Agreement on Swyft. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of Swyft after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Agreement. Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Swyft site immediately.

Privacy Policy

Information Collected

Swyft only collects and stores personal information that you provide. Swyft does not monitor how you use the service other than for statistical analysis on general site usage. Swyft does not collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information, including phone number). Swyft does not directly collect location information.

Information Shared

Swyft does not share your personal information with any third-party sites or applications. Your personal information is visible to Swyft administrators and employees of companies you provided the information to.

Cookies Policy

By using Swyft, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with this Agreement. Swyft uses both a session cookie and a persistent cookie. A session cookie is used to track the user you are currently signed-in as. A persistent cookie is only used to remember the last user signed into Swyft and is only stored at your request. Swyft does not use cookies to target advertising by third-party sites or applications.

Swyft does use Google Analytics to analyse the use of Swyft. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users' computers. The information generated relating to Swyft is used to create reports about the use of Swyft. Google will store this information. Email Access

When you are signed-in, your interactions can trigger emails to be sent to various interested parties. You may choose to configure Swyft to send these emails on your behalf. To do this, Swyft will ask you to authenticate your email address with a third party (e.g. if you have a Gmail account, you will be redirected to a Google site to confirm your identity).

You may also choose to configure Swyft to monitor your email inbox. On an on-going basis, Swyft will then automatically capture the contents of relevant emails into the system, with the option (set by you) to delete the original email.
